Ailsa Craig Gifts helped my cousin Sam rebrand his Herefordshire Inn. We worked first on his three letting bedrooms, choosing inspiration from his business partner’s background as a farmer. Hereford is famous for its cows, so the rooms were named Hereford, Angus and Two Gloucester Calves!
